The Hydeng GSE 7000 kg Low Profile Trailer is designed to accommodate the loading/unloading of the following containers:

The width between the guide rails of the deck is 3220 mm which will accommodate the transporting of the above containers in either the end forward or side forward position.
The 7000 kg Low Profile Trailer has been purpose designed and built by Hydeng GSE for the transporting, loading and unloading of the above containers to and from loaders, transporters, racks and warehouses in the Airport Ramp Area.
The deck consists of three or four rows of heavy-duty galvanized steel rollers with manual ‘flip-up’ stops placed at the required positions to restrain the various containers used.
The casters are manufactured to the highest quality and have proven reliability. The frame and swivel plates are profiled from 20mm steel plate giving the casters great impact strenght. The axles, hubs and bearings are machined to high tolerances. The design has proven to be very successful with customers in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands enjoying lower repair cost as these casters are built to last. Each caster has a load capacity of 2’300kg giving the Hydeng GSE Low Profile Trailer a total caster load capacity of 9’200kg. Further details and specification can be given at your request.
The heavy-duty draw bar (with a 1645 mm towing eye centre) incorporates TWO ‘over-centre’ springs, attached via linkages, to prevent it from crashing to the ground when released. 
A locking restraint is provided to positively lock the draw bar in a vertical position when the trailer is not in use.
A parking brake hand lever is situated on the right hand side of the draw bar assembly which, through linkages, applies the braking force to the rear fixed castors.
